Improvement but more work to be done!

Quick update: still in rehab mode with another appointment today. Thinking that this could be a blessing in disguise because I have been spending much of my time on a bike and lifting weights building up my core! Even with a ton of Girl Scout cookies in my system, I am dropping weight which is good. Probably not running for at least a few more weeks but getting better which is what counts!

Rehab appointments will continue this week. Injury does seem to getting better as the calf pain is subsiding. Only some marginal pain exists but unfortunately it has to do with the overall strength of the knee which might be as simple as building up the quad muscle.
