I have been on this running “voyage” over the past 1 1/2 years. I have blogged about race routes, lessons, shoes, Randoms and everything in between. And the blogging always had a point…to share to those who have and suffer with Psoriatic arthritis that life is not over with diagnosis but rather just restarting. Yes, the pain is there and life will hardly be the same as before but that does not mean it is over! It has only begun and through the hills, roads, trails and whatever else, I hope to have shown to those with PsA, that running and running long distance is possible!
But over the past four months, my focus has shifted. The focus on PsA has been pushed to the background and product marketing has moved to the forefront. And while I am grateful for such free “swag” I feel like I have let down those who I should be arguing for. Does it really matter to someone who has PsA that they can get Aftershokz Headphones at a steap discount or would it help if I shared more how I have fought back against PsA.
So going forward, I promise to do more for Racing for a Cure! I will be posting more on how I am winning and while you will still see information and opportunities for good products, it will not get in the way of the goal of this blog!
Thank you for reading!
