So as you can see below, this was a mediocre week from a ranking standpoint. While I have maintained things for the time being, sort of, the tapering I did last week ahead of Sunday’s half marathon, was one reason my performance did not improve. At the same time, I ran a half marathon on Sunday for god’s sake! Oh well, no extra credit for such.
In terms of the second leg of this stool, my weight for this week came in 193.5, down from slightly higher levels from a week ago. More work to be done!
