Here is my first WordPress post and why not start with an accountability update. This was supposed to be posted a few days ago but what are you going to do? Anyhow, solid week and month of running continues. I have improved across each category with speed the most improved. In terms of weight, a new category, I gained a pound so that needs to be brought back down. Overall heading into the Seacoast Half Marathon tomorrow, I am running at my best levels of the year!
